Anastasia Alexandrin

Born in Kharkov, Ukraine, Alexandrin attended Pratt University in New York, the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California. She has had exhibitions in several institutions including Arcadia University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Atelier in New York, New York; Muhlenberg College Baker Gallery in Pennsylvania, Barnstone Studios in Coplay, Pennsylvania; Six Summit Gallery in Ivoryton, Connecticut; Woodmere Art Museum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Shadow Space Gallery, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Beaumont Art League in Texas; and the 4th Biennial Print Exhibition at NUA Art Museum in Flagstaff, Arizona. She has received the 2013 Philadelphia RAW Visual Artist of the Year award, Brandywine Workshop and Archives Fellowship, Starry Nights Residency in Hot Springs, New Mexico; and a Red Gate Artist Residency in Beijing, China.
